Step by Step Missions...

Helping One Step at a Time

About Us:

Step by Step Missions

Step by Step is a mission organization that assists two groups of people.  We provide prosthetic services to people in Africa who are living with an amputation.  We also provide needed items to orphanages who house children with albinism. While serving the people of Africa, we introduce them to the story of Christ.

We are collaborating with e3 Partners Ministry in our travel and mission efforts.  We are very excited to be pairing with e3 to share two things that are very dear to us, the life-changing message of Christianity and our passion to help people through prosthetic rehabilitation.

e3 Partners

The e3 Mission is to Equip, Evangelize, Establish.  For years God has utilized e3 Partners to share the Gospel with 5.4 million people, with nearly 1.5 million professions of faith in Christ, while helping to plant 17,000 new churches.  Over 30,000 Americans have been mobilized during some 1,800 trips for this work.  Almost 450,000 nationals have also been equiped and mobilized for these outreaches.  It is all centered on three "e" words- Equip, Evangelize, and Establish.

 Sherrie Anderson, CP, LPO

founder of Step by Step Missions

Sherrie and her husband, Eddy, own and operate a Prosthetic / Orthotic clinical practice in Nacogdoches, Texas that they established in 1998. They experience great joy from having a small role in improving the level of independence and lifestyle of the patients they serve.

Sherrie received a degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 1993.  She became certified in 1994 by the American Board for Certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics.

Sherrie has 20 years experience as a clinician, she is the sole practitioner at Professional Prosthetic Care.

Sherrie had the opportunity to become part of a rehabilitation team traveling to Haiti following the 2010 earthquake.  That experience heightened her desire to serve amputees in less developed countries.  The creation of Step by Step Missions was inspired by that experience.
