In June of 2014 we will be traveling to an orphanage which houses children with albinism in Bukoba,Tanzania. During this visit, we will be providing a much needed service to the children with albinism. Dr. Ashley Risner will be joining us to examine and provide each child with proper corrective vision devices. We will also have a pediatric dermatologist joining us this year. We are extremely excited about this addition to our medical team because this particular service will vastly improve the lives of each and every child.
We have the goal of fitting each child with their own "vision kit", at the cost of $45 per child.
